"WLAC, tear down this wall!"

Many of us remember the pivotal comment speech delivered by President Reagan in June, 1987, as he stood in front of Berlin's Brandenburg Gate and said to the President of the USSR, "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!"

Over the course of the past three years, many of you have co-opted President Reagan's famous statement as we painstakingly worked toward the destruction of our own wall.  Now, removal of our wall may not be as historic a moment in history, but to us it's an important step toward reclaiming the beauty of the campus and a visual connection to the community.

So you see by these pictures that we're ready to go, starting first on Stocker Street.
